When do I pay?
We save your card when you book and charge it after the job is done. You see the full price before you book, and there are no booking or service fees on top.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Vetted local pros who have passed an identity check, a background check and a paid trial clean before their first booking with us.
Do prices change by city?
Yes, a little. Each area is priced to its local market, and sales tax is added only in states that tax cleaning (Texas, for example). Enter your ZIP code to see your exact price before you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a lockbox code or door code in the booking notes. Entry details are only shown to the pro assigned to your visit.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will send someone back to fix it at no charge. See our satisfaction guarantee for details.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, online, any time up to 24 hours before your visit at no charge. Later changes have a $40 fee because the pro has already held that time for you.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Pros bring their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer certain products, leave them out and add a note to your booking.
